We Support Employees Through the Employment Process
Not only are we passionate about finding meaningful work for job seekers with disabilities, we provide support throughout the employment process. We work with employees one-on-one to understand their unique skills, capabilities, and needs – and continue to support them with mentoring and coaching.
With the help of Galt Foundation, former Galt job seeker Alexis received the tools and training necessary to attain long-term employment at a permanent placement at a state department of health. Her coordinator at Galt personally reached out to help her in the areas she most wanted to improve on: her resumé and interview skills. “Having Galt be so helpful and encouraging [made a] huge difference,” Alexis said.
Alexis received help every step of the way, from applications to new assignments, with constant check-ins, and she never felt like she was left hanging.
