Former Wells Fargo Commercial Banking Leader Greg Weitzman Joins the Galt Foundation as Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development

The Galt Foundation, an innovative staffing and employment enterprise, announced Greg Weitzman joined the organization as Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development. Weitzman will lead Galt’s Sales Division as the company expands its footprint into new markets.
Weitzman brings almost 10 years of B2B and B2C sales experience in consultative, professional, and competitive environments and is highly skilled at identifying new market opportunities. Most recently, he expanded the customer base and revenue as the Vice President, Business Acquisition Manager at Wells Fargo Bank. He has also demonstrated outstanding relationship building and training skills during his previous work at Chase Bank and Sterling Administration.

There are currently more than 10.7 million people with disabilities of working age (16 – 64 years old) living in the U.S. And yet, many of these job seekers are overlooked due to outdated hiring practices and ineffective hiring software. According to a recent report by Accenture, “the GDP could get a boost up to $25 billion if just 1 percent more of persons with disabilities joined the U.S. labor force.”
Every day, Galt sees the incredible potential of people with disabilities at play in the work force. The Accenture study concluded that companies with disability-inclusive practices experienced a multitude of benefits, including 28 percent higher revenue, 72 percent increase in employee productivity, and 90 percent increase in valued employee retention.
