Time Management (Bullhorn Time & Expense)

Associates should register for BTE using a personal email address. This will ensure you have access to the system regardless of your work assignment.

You will not need to search and link your assignment every time you log in. All new assignments will need to be found and linked to your account.

BTE should be compatible with all major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, and Safari.

Yes, you can download the BTE mobile app from the Apple or Google Play Stores. Search for Bullhorn Time & Expense in the preferred store to download. During setup, you will be prompted to enter the client ID code and select your time option; when prompted, enter GALT for the client ID and select Web Time Entry as your time option.

Yes, the system will automatically calculate overtime.

Yes, associates will still be expected to submit timecards every Sunday by 9 p.m.

Submit your request to use sick or vacation time by adding a comment to your weekly timesheet and reference the date.

Payroll and Paystubs (Greenshades)

No, associates will still be paid weekly via direct deposit or pay card.

You will always have access to your People 2.0 Workforce Portal to access past paystubs and tax documents.
