Automotive Service Technician
Pay: $23.50 – $27.00 an hour DOE
Schedule: 6am to 2:30pm, Mon-Fri, Full Time
Location: Pryor, OK
Job Overview:
Fleet Management is looking for a mechanically inclined individual to service and repair vehicles and equipment assigned to Fleet. They will change the oil, replace belts, lights, and wipers, and perform preventive maintenance inspections on vehicles. They will also do minor repairs and services on vehicles brought in for mechanical issues. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and would like an apprenticeship in an active maintenance facility.
The types of vehicles are sedans, SUVs, vans, and pickups. The equipment they will work on to service and repair is lawn mowers, tractors medium-duty, and heavy-duty trucks.
Some of the tasks will be but are not limited to:

Changing the fluid, lubricants, and filters on automotive vehicles.

Minor repairs on automotive vehicles include lights, brakes, belts, and hoses.

Mounting and dismounting tires on rims.

Assist in up fitting new vehicles in the fleet.

Cleaning and sweeping shop bays and communal areas.
Driving: Moving vehicles on property to and from the garage and other locations
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Maintenance or Mechanical experience
- Auto Mechanic Certification Required
- Must be able to stand, lift, stoop, and walk for duration of shift
- Ability to work outside or in non-climate controlled temperatures
