Job Overview:

Flexible Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts. Must be flexible to work on Weekends/Holidays.
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Duties:
- Vacuuming: remove all debris and dirt in common areas. Contractor is to provide the vacuum.
- Trash: Cans will be emptied, and new liners will be inserted daily, and as required. All trash will be put into designated dumpsters.
- Fixtures: Cover plates, doorknobs, push/kick plates, doors, fans, partitions, fountains, and any other fixtures will be cleaned and polished regularly. Toilets, urinals, and sinks will be cleaned regularly to remove all deposits. and stains. Dispensers: All paper towels, TP, hand soap and air freshener dispensers shall be maintained, with adequate supplies always.
- Exterior Glass: Doors and corresponding windows will be cleaned daily on the inside and outside. Wet Mopping: Mopped with appropriate solutions to remove dirt, stains, and scuff marks.
- Dusting: Done regularly and as needed to maintain a dust-free, clean environment.
- Glass Cleaning: Clean ALL glass surfaces regularly to keep a clean, clear streak-free. Spot Cleaning: On floors and walls, perform regular removal of stains, spills, and soil, as needed.
- Wall Cleaning: Keep free from dust, cobwebs, stains, streaks, lint, film, streaks, and deposits.
Qualifications:
- 1-year minimum custodial experience performing duties as listed in the job description. Ability to work unsupervised, reliable, positive attitude, professional demeanor.
