Systems Analyst II Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Systems Analyst II Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or a closely related field with 24 hours of IS course study
- A minimum one-year experience in Robotic Process Automation systems.
- OR an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling five years.
Systems Analyst II Job Duties:
- Assists the Automation Systems Analyst IV with the creation of accounts, “bots”, and implementation of the RPA – automation system.
- Assist with analyzing processes of the automation system, and work with vendors and agency staff on any concerns or challenges staff has with the system. The analyst would confirm changes are made that address any issues.
- Automation Systems Analyst II will be working with other divisions in the testing environment and production environment, to make sure the processes and needs are met, and the project and return on investment are successful.
- Ensure that the RPA process stays on track and within time frames, showing operational excellence and fiscal responsibility.
- Collaborate with other divisions with the development, testing, and implementation of RPA, Medicaid Enterprise related systems and applications.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of documentation, reports, and procedural manuals in regards to support of RPA related systems and their operations.
- Provide communication and assistance to other state agencies, contracted users and entities regarding the RPA system.
Preference may be given to candidates with:
- Experience in systems support or analysis.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to understand advanced mathematical concepts, and apply these skills to such tasks as program evaluation, analysis, testing, systems design and implementation.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve problems, and to deal with a wide variety of abstract and concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or system format.
- Computer Literacy: Knowledge of the MMIS systems, MMIS related systems and applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, web environment, web services application architecture and related testing, data extraction, Internet/Extranet/Intranet, and multiple third-party applications.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; talk, and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
